Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying Somnii.

If this is your first order and it isn’t right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery - even if the product has been opened.

First Order Guarantee

  • Applies to your first purchase only
  • Valid within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Covers opened or unopened products
  • Limited to one refund per customer

To request a refund, email sos@feelsomnii.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short note about your experience

Returns for Additional Orders

For orders after your first purchase:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Opened products from repeat purchases are not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
