The wrong project

Quitting coffee does not fix the underlying problem

Removing caffeine removes the blocking. It does not remove the accumulation, and it does not improve the night that failed to clear it. Taken daily, caffeine also causes the brain to build more adenosine receptors, which raises baseline tiredness without it.
